Payment Pending due to not enough founding in card

Hi Raphael,

One question, how do you re-try a charge that didn’t went through due to a member’s card not having enough money?
The status of the invoice is “Payment pending” now.
I don’t think it automatically tries again after certain time, and I can’t find a button that let me try again.


Yeah, there’s currently no option to re-try pending payments because they usually require some sort of interaction by the card-holder. There are currently two options:

  1. Send the payment link to the member so that they confirm it on their end either using a different card or the same one if they have resolved the issue.
  2. Delete the payment and re-create it using the same or a different payment method.
