New door access controlled with bridge and motion sensor

The Faulhaber Fab Lab installed five bridges on equipment including a miter saw, drill press, vertical bandsaw, belt sander and epilog laser. They are working great and keeping our students safe with authentication. After successful testing of the setup, we purchased another bridge to control the main door access with a magnetic lock and a motion sensor. The motion sensor is required to deactivate the magnetic lock when exiting the doors. I reached out to Fabman for help with a schematic to wire the sensor and mag lock into the bridge. The support I received from Roland was excellent! With my limited experience and his guidance, I was able to install and test the setup with success and it has been working flawlessly as students enter and exit the lab daily. Parts and schematic included.
