We’ve just launched a big upgrade to billing & invoicing! Here’s a quick overview of what’s new:
Your can specify usage and booking fees for your equipment. If set, Fabman will automatically create a charge whenever one of your members uses a machine or books a meeting room.
Set prices for your packages and your members will automatically be charged accordingly. You can configure details like minimum duration and cancellation periods to fit your terms and conditions.
You can even customize the usage fees for particular members by adding discounts to a package:

We’ve improved the “charges & invoices” page to give you a detailed view of what’s due for each member:
You can keep track of payments with a few clicks – including partial and split payments:
Click on an invoice to see a detailed view of its status and history and take further actions:
We’ve also added webhook events for charges & invoices. This makes it easy to automate billing or integrate your favorite payment provider.
