We would like to offer our members various promotions, which I would make bookable via “packages”.
My question: If the “Standard” package now has 0% discount on usage fees and the promotional package then has 10% discount on usage fees for e.g: Lasercutter. Does Fabman then take the higher discount?

Yes, it will always pick the highest applicable discount for the given time & equipment.
Hello, is this also the case if a package is always valid (24/7) and has a 10% discount and the promotion is e.g.: only Mon-Fri from 10 am - 2 pm and has a 20% discount on machine use?

Yes.
Fabman checks each of the member’s currently active packages, finds the ones that would allow him to use that particular equipment at that exact time, and then picks the one with the highest discount.
I’ve added a concrete example to our help pages. Let me know if anything is still unclear.
