Booking & disabled recources

Hi,

is there some way how can Fabman check if equipment which I want to book is disabled?

No, not automatically – because Fabman doesn’t know how long the equipment will be disabled. We don’t want to prevent people from booking a machine next week just because it’s being serviced right now.

Are you talking about booking via the API or booking via the member portal?

The Fabman member portal shows the current equipment status very prominently on the booking pages. And members can see the reason you’ve entered when you put the equipment out of order. (So they can hopefully judge when the equipment will be available again.)

I had in mind booking via API as we do not use member portal.

I will discuss some changes to our eshop, so it would behave in similar way as member portal.
